My husband and I have been very satisfied and grateful for the attention and services provided by the Law Firm of Maribel Lafontaine. My husband is from Chile and I am from Puerto Rico (US territory) . I lived 8 years in Chile and eventually I decided to return to the USA to be able to expand my knowledge and professional experiences with my partner. After discussing the options with LaFontaine we decided that our best option was to apply for the Fiance Visa and then make a Immigration Status Adjustment where we requested the Permanent Residency for my husband. For this process, LaFontaine assigned us one of her lawyers colleague, Tania, who helped us and guided us in every step of the process. The attention and service of Tania was impeccable, she was very attentive to the details and our concerns. She was always available, and if she was not available at the time she would always return our calls and respond every email and questions we had. A very professional and patient person with a positive attitude, which helped us emotionally to carry the process. The paperwork to obtain the permanent residence of my husband took approximately 1 year (which I find is a fairly short period of time to do an immigration process at this difficult times).

Actually my husband and I are finally together living our dream and happily enjoying a life we always longed for. We want to thanks this team of responsible, helpful and impeccable professionals that made it happened.

The only negative observation we could have would be that it was a bit expensive, but the true is that the documents themselves where very expensive.
